Scholarship Information

The Department of Dance and Theatre offer scholarships in amounts up to $1,000 to CONTINUING STUDENTS who have consistently demonstrated their commitment to and involvement within the Department, and who have indicated notable progress in the dance or theatre area of expertise. These awards are non-renewable, but students may re-apply each year.

In order to be eligible, students must complete the following by 5:00 P.M. on Friday, APRIL 4 th 2008

1. Be enrolled at UNC-Charlotte with a declared major in Dance or Theatre;
2. have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher;
3. and submit an application to the Department office (applications are available in the Dance and Theatre office or download here ).
